The EOS Hospitality Employee & Friends and Family Travel Program offers active associates and their immediate family members and friends access to discounted rates at participating EOS properties for leisure travel. Please read the following terms carefully to ensure eligibility and compliance:

  1. Check-In Requirements
  • A completed and original Employee Rate Authorization Form, along with a valid government-issued photo ID, must be presented at the time of check-in.
  • The form must be submitted directly to the front desk at check-in. Photocopies or digital versions will not be accepted.
  • The reservation is non-transferable and must be used only by the EOS associate or approved immediate family member listed on the form.
  1. Personal Travel Only
  • This travel program is designed exclusively for leisure/personal use and may not be used for business-related travel.
  • It is a perk offered to EOS associates and their friends and family, as a token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication.
  1. Room & Reservation Policy
  • A maximum of 3 rooms per employee are allowed per booking under the Employee & Friends and Family Travel Program rate.
  • A maximum stay of seven (7) consecutive nights is allowed per booking.
  • Back-to-back reservations (e.g., multiple bookings to extend stay beyond 7 nights) are not permitted.
  1. Eligibility Requirements
  • The program is available to active EOS Hospitality associates only. Terminated or inactive employees are not eligible.
  • Immediate family members of EOS employees — including spouses, children, siblings, and parents — are also eligible to use the program when accompanied by or with prior authorization from the employee.
  1. Booking & Availability
  • Reservations can be made up to six (6) months prior to the intended arrival date.
  • Discounted rates are based on hotel availability and may vary based on demand, occupancy, and blackout dates.
  • Rates and availability are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of each participating property.
  1. Form Completion & Approval
  • The Employee Rate form must be fully completed and signed by the associate’s Department Head, General Manager, or HR before check-in.
  • Incomplete or unsigned forms will not be accepted and may result in denial of the discounted rate.
  1. Payment and Guarantee
  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation and cover incidentals or cancellation charges.
  • Failure to provide a credit card may result in the reservation being canceled or denied upon arrival.
  1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
  • All bookings are subject to the individual property's standard cancellation policy.
  • Please review the rate details carefully at the time of booking for cancellation deadlines and penalties.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges for the reservation, as determined by the property.
  1. Fees and Additional Discounts
  • Where applicable, Resort Fees or similar service fees will be waived for eligible employee bookings.
  • Stays under the Employee Travel Program are eligible for a 50% discount in F&B & Retail, where applicable.
  • A discount of up to 50% on parking fees may also be offered; this varies by property.
  • Please note that Destination Fees and Impact Fees are not waived and will still apply to your reservation.
  1. Program Questions and Support
  • For any questions or clarifications regarding the EOS Hospitality Employee Travel Program, please contact your property’s Human Resources representative for guidance and assistance.
